Restart the phone. Reset the watch. Pair with the mobile phone as if the watch is new. Update Bixby to make sure every setting if turned off (this might be counter productive) Turn every setting possible off. Left it idle on the charging pad for a whole day until 0% (still massive battery drain) Charge it up to 100% and turn it on.

Jeff. i found the solution for this case but it is hard, it worked for me perfect as i'm an electronics engineer. the solution is to open the back cover of the watch and solder 4 wires usb cable inside and connect it to any USB charger. it will open in seconds. again if you are not qualified for this, look for someone can do it for you.
